This detector also features a dual discrimination and easy to use trigger switch that makes metal detection accessible for all users.

A Personal Review Of Tesoro Metal Detectors
Tesoro metal detectors are produced by Tesoro Electronics, a family-owned company based in Arizona. They have manufactured superior metal detectors for more than two decades, and have many repeat customers. The aptly name Tesoro means treasure.
The smaller-sized control compartment on most Tesoro metal detectors lightens the devices up, making them easier to use for a longer period of time. In addition, they're easy to travel with due to their light weight.
Another great characteristic of several Tesoro detectors is that they use a low frequency of 10Khz, which is unique when compared with other detectors available. This feature is essential when you are detecting alongside other detectors like during competitions.
Tesoro manufactures a variety of models designed for detecting in water and coin shooting, which means these metal detectors are excellent for people just starting out and for those who have been detecting for awhile. Not only do they manufacture metal detectors, they also offer replacement coils and metal detector accessories to make your experience that much better.
All of Tesoro metal detectors come with a lifetime warranty to ensure happy customers all over the world. Most of their detectors are reasonably priced and range from the beginner to expert level. Tesoro makes detectors for coins, relics, all terrain, prospect, and underwater. What ever you are hunting for, Tesoro has a detector for you.

My Own Opinion on Tesoro Metal Detectors
I purchased an Eldorado model from a seller on eBay, and I have found that it is an extremely consistent and stable detector. It detects items that are deeply buried and can tell what they are in the same way as detectors that cost $1100.
Silver coins that are 9 inches deep are still detected easily with the Eldorado (though not as well as the Silver uMax). It seems to draw coins to it! Since it works at the frequency of 10 Khz, it works particularly well on metals like silver. It has detected relics for me as well.
The Eldorado can be purchased for less than $400, which is an excellent value. Unfortunately, I have learned that Tesoro is not manufacturing this model anymore. Instead, it is making the Vaquero. Tesoro metal detectors have a great reputation; though to be honest, Minelab continues to be my favorite overall manufacturer.
